Delivery Information

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to process all orders placed on working days the same day. However, it is not always possible to meet this goal — during busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. Should we, for any reason, be unable to meet the expected delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the volume, weight, and order value. We always strive to offer competitive shipping rates.

⚠️ Please note: For mailbox (letterbox) parcels, we cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss. You always have the option to choose parcel shipping with Track & Trace for added security.

Deliveries are handled by postal or courier services such as PostNL, GLS, DPD, or DHL. In general, your package will be delivered on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, but you can track your shipment using the provided Track & Trace code.
