If your complaint is not resolved, please contact us. Since February 15, 2016, consumers within the EU can also submit their complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform . This platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .

Please note: you can only submit a complaint via the ODR platform if it is not yet being processed elsewhere .
